The reception staff was always available and helpful. I appreciated the convenient location near several metro stations. The room was quite clean, and housekeeping provided service daily. I found the bed comfortable, awesome for restful sleep.
The elevator was quite small, which sometimes caused delays.

lobby coffee friendly staff tiny elevator small hallways
The hotel offered complimentary lobby coffee , and that was lovely. Good umbrellas were also available for use , which was very useful during unexpected rain. The staff were friendly , and the location allowed for easy walks to many destinations.
The elevator was tiny . It barely accommodated one person. Hallways and stairs were also quite small.

The staff were very friendly. Shakir at the front desk was helpful when things had gone wrong on my trip. The location is good too. The hotel allowed early access to our room and stored our luggage.
The rooms where renovated, but small. The smell of the sewer in the floor is inadmissible. The smell in the bathroom is inadmissible.
